CHILOBA and CHEBUKATI OUT!!!

Infotrak’s newest survey shows that a majority of Kenyans were happy with the Supreme Court ruling nullifying President Uhuru Kenyatta’s August 8 win.
The survey shows that 76.7% of Kenyans were in support of the ruling while 21.6% were not.
The survey released by Infotrak CEO Angela Ambitho on Friday, revealed that 84.6 per cent of Kenyans were in approval of the October 17 date set for the fresh polls.

75.8 per cent of Kenyans trust the Judiciary as media attracts 73.2 per cent approval.
However, only 39.8 per cent trust the electoral commission to effectively carry out its mandate.
Further, 43.8 percent of Kenyans would rather have IEBC’s Chief Executive Officer Ezra Chiloba and the poll body boss Wafula Chebukati resign.
A total of 1,500 respondents were interviewed in the survey that was conducted on September 8th and 9th this year.

NO PRESIDENTIAL TERM LIMIT, UHURU SAYS.

UHunye2.jpg (960×662)I wish to express my deep concern at the president’s recent behaviour and unbecoming pronouncements.
The outrageous remarks by President Uhuru Kenyatta yesterday betray a streak of authoritarianism that would only happen in Kenya under an imperial presidency. Only in bygone days of Emperor Jean Baptiste Bokassa of the Central Africa Republic or under the dictatorship of Nguema of Equatorial Guinea would such display of hubris the president’s daily summon.
Kenyans have a right to be worried that a person holding incumbency as caretaker of the Presidency of the Republic and is seeking the re-confirmation in position of president holds the same office, the country and the people of Kenya with utter contempt. And he does it wantonly and with extreme prejudice.
Such impunity usually heralds deadly State contravention of political and civic rights. The arrest of Johnston Muthama should be seen as a trial balloon for intended immense violation of human rights.
But it is not the raving of the president that should worry Kenyans. Hat is part of his persona.
First, Uhuru has predefined the outcome of the October 17 election where Rail Odinga will emerge the winner. In his own words, Uhuru has announced plotting an illegal coup through Parliament after losing the election. This is not only a violation of the Oath of Office he took but also a criminal intent to disrupt the proper working of government when Uhuru losses the elections as he himself had predetermined.
It is extreme incitement to disorder that an incumbent president, even though afraid after determining he is losing, shouldn’t utter seditious intent while holding temporary the Office of the President of Kenya. It is therefore Uhuru who should be impeached NOW for absconding duty and inciting Kenyans against a duly elected government after October 17.
Second, Uhuru has promised Kenyans that he plans to change the Constitution unilaterally through Parliament. To what end and to whose benefit? It is obvious Uhuru desires an imperial presidency that will jell with his unruly character. The change Uhuru desires is to remove the 10-year term limit to the presidency. That is the obvious truth. The hidden agenda is that a life presidency for Uhuru translates into reneging on promises to support the likes of William Ruto in 2022.
Kenyans must therefore decide whether they want a return to the imperial President-for-Life under Uhuru or safeguarding the democratic freedoms under Raila.

Prof. ONGERI: We Will Not Allow Uhuru Jubilee To Rig Elections in Gusii Again

It has come to my attention that malicious people intent on weakening the ODM party in Gusii region are propagating rumours that Ive defected from the ODM party to Jubilee. These weak old age tactics have no traction in these modern age of social media where any utterance one makes should be backed by evidence as I am a man who makes decisions boldly, wisely and publicly. When I defected to ODM I consulted God, my family and the Kisii people , after which I made a public declaration at Gusii stadium in the presence of my people and my God, such is how I deal with issues all my political life, open and decisive.
Kenya, as it stands, requires a paradigm shift, inline with our constitution, where equality, development, and unity will be our hallmarks, that is why I fully and wholeheartedly support the candidature of Raila Amolo Odinga for Presidency, his political career and aspirations has been hinged on the premise of a Kenya for all, this is a basic tenet towards a more united and a more prosperous nation.
We continue to thank the supreme court for a historic decision, and we implore the executive to respect the judicial arm of our nation. We must all now campaign for our candidate with all our energy, intellect and financial muscle. A historic decision at the supreme court must be followed by an equally decisive decision at the ballot. I want to be part of the new dawn as Kenya ushers in the golden age of our republic. Lets make History together by electing Raila Amolo Odinga for President.
Above all we pray for peace as our nation goes through this process, so that we all come out stronger and most importantly together.
God Bless Kenya.

EZRA CHILOBA REVEALS THE 1 MAIN REASON WHY HE WILL BE RESIGNING FROM IEBC

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) CEO Ezra Chiloba has revealed the only reason that would make him resign from the electoral body ahead of the October presidential elections.

Speaking to the Daily Nation, Mr Chiloba revealed that he would resign if he was found culpable as an individual adding that the commission was majorly successful in holding a credible election.

“Where you have irregularities and illegalities, these don’t necessarily lead to criminality. The latter means that you intentionally tried to play the system, and that was not the case in our handling of the election process.
“If anything, a lot that went right can be counted and is self-evident. We had 1,882 elective positions across the country and they went through the same process and, in more than 95 per cent, people were satisfied with the outcome,” he conveyed.

Chiloba maintained that he had not been asked to resign from the commission as they were awaiting the full judgment from the Supreme Court.

“No one has been asked to resign. The position of the commission has been that we need to wait for the detailed judgment of the Supreme Court, audit ourselves and look at the areas for improvement, then we move from there. The question about resignation becomes difficult now because no one is able to tell where the responsibility lies unless you get the details,” he divulged.

He stated that IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati‘s Decision to form a project’s team was not a move to sideline him in the upcoming elections.

“We’ve always run our major operations under project teams, including voter registration, education, tallying center management and such. This isn’t a new idea, but how we operate within IEBC. What the chair was demonstrating to the country is that we are getting ready for the elections and this is how we operate.

“The team cannot work without the rest of us. From where I sit, this is a good idea, and we need to ensure that we ensure they are well facilitated and supported so as to give their best for the country,”
he opined.

The IEBC CEO commented on the leaked memo that Mr Chebukati had addressed to him stating that he was looking into the issues that the chairman had raised about the August elections.

“We are looking at the issues raised in the memo and we will respond in the interest of the public. We will provide proper answers and explanations on the same. The commissioners have issued a response with regard to this memo and I don’t think it should now be a big deal for now,” he stated.

Chiloba disclosed that they had finalized the budget for Presidential elections which would cost about Sh12 Billion and would be presenting it to the treasury for approval.

He maintained that he was not partisan to any side when conducting the elections which informed his decision to not vote.

“My loyalty is to the people of Kenya and the Constitution. I did not take up this job because I wanted to please any party or individual. I did not vote because I don’t want my preference when it comes to voting to affect my judgments when it comes to my role in the commission.

“A lot of things have been said about my character, but I know myself and what I stand for,”
 he concluded.

Isaac Ruto ditches NASA for JUBILEE

Isaac Ruto ditches NASA for JUBILEE
Former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto, one of the six NASA principals, has switched allegiance to the Jubilee Party.
The fierce Jubilee critic who lost out to Governor Joyce Laboso in the race for Bomet County’s leadership was in the company of Johanna Ngeno of KANU and Deputy President William Ruto at Kapkatet, Kericho County where they received President Kenyatta ahead of a rally.
Since the advent of devolution, the fiery Bomet County ex-Governor Ruto has been a thorn in the flesh of the Deputy President Ruto after fomenting political rebellion in the vote-rich Rift Valley.
However, the rebellion did not bear much fruit following defeats in the Kericho Senate by-election in which Governor Ruto rooted for a KANU candidate Paul Sang.

The Chama Cha Mashinani leader was also crushed by the former National Assembly Deputy Speaker Joyce Laboso in the governorship race in a landslide victory.
But the Supreme Court judgment invalidating President Kenyatta’s re-elections seems to have given him an opportunity to redeem himself in the Jubilee stronghold.
NASA REACTION
National Super Alliance has, however, dismissed Ruto’s defection as inconsequential insisting it will win the upcoming fresh presidential vote without his input.
“If indeed he has left the formation, then karma has a way of dealing with people.

“We as a coalition are unshakeable; and what I am certain is that we will emerge victorious in the October 17 presidential vote with or without his input. His perceived departure, if true, does not subtract a single vote from us,” said Norman Magaya, the NASA Secretariat Chief Executive Officer.

UHURU MUST RESIGN: RAILA

NASA leader Raila Odinga informs the press of the Opposition's decision to challenge President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election at Okoa Kenya's office in Nairobi, August 16, 2017. /JACK OWUOR

Opposition leader Raila Odinga has asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to resign following the "sham election" on August 8.
Raila (NASA) made a fourth attempt for the top seat and refused to concede after IEBC declared Uhuru beat him by more than 1.4 million votes.
But in a memo on Thursday, IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati detailed numerous failures by the secretariat that formed a key part of Supreme Court proceedings.
Chebukati raised questions on Al Ghurair Printing & Publishing, security features on election material, the KIEMS system and the creation of an account in his name.
Raila said this vindicated the Opposition and added on Friday that it is now clear the election was rigged.
He said the President should release the people of Kenya from a repeat of elections.
"Uhuru and Jubilee should resign and let Kenyans move on. Everything is now clear...he lost," the ODM leader told a press conference.
"If I were Uhuru I would just resign and leave this thing. Must you impose yourself on the people of Kenya? Now he is trying to buy individuals," he said. "We urge Jubilee to do the right thing."
He further said the National Super Alliance has a team ready for discussions with IEBC, when they get ready.
Opposition leaders earlier said they were not consulted in the setting of the October 17 date for the fresh presidential poll.
A meeting between IEBC officials and Jubilee Party members failed to take off on Thursday. This was after the Jubilee team demanded to have NASA in the meeting.
"I will attend the meeting only if the Jubilee candidate will be attending. NASA is ready for any discussion," Raila said.
COMMISSIONERS IN DANGER
The NASA principal also claimed commissioners' lives are in danger following the leaked memo and that they should be protected.
"They are receiving emails threatening their lives. They are in a dangerous situation."
Concerns about the safety of IEBC officials arose after the murder of acting ICT manager Chris Msando, who was tortured and strangled.

On Thursday, Raila said Jubilee leaders belong in jail and are people you cannot compete with.
This was part of his response to a memo by Chebukati which posed 12 questions on election failures to CEO Ezra Chiloba.
"Shame on you. You should not be standing in front of people and chest-thumping that you won the elections," Raila told the President.
"You did not win. Allow Kenyans to elect their leaders. You [Uhuru Kenyatta] and DP William Ruto are a big shame."
Earlier today, the NASA chief ask for donations for NASA campaigns saying supporters can buy tickets to 'Canaan' by sending any amount of money.
The payments can be to M-Pesa paybill 991444 or Co-operative Bank account name ODM, account number 01120006511102.
"People can contribute whatever they can afford even if it is Sh10, Sh100, Sh1 million and much more. This will help us in the campaigns," Raila told journalists on Friday.
"When you make that contribution you will be buying your ticket to Canaan...The journey is unstoppable...buy your ticket because we are confident we shall reach Canaan."

UHURU INSULTS KISIIS, AGAIN!!!

President Uhuru in his tour of Bungoma had no kind words to say to Kisii.
Speaking in Kimilili, Bungoma County, Uhuru is reported to have alluded confidence in winning the presidential elections without the Kisii votes.
“Hao wakisii hata wasipo nipigia kura bado nitashinda,Raila ametuchelewesha kazi miezi mbili sasa”, Uhuru Kenyatta.
Uhuru’s comments follows protests from Kisii against his comments targeted at the Chief Justice David Maraga.
Justice Maraga, a Kisii and a staunch Adventist, delivered the historic ruling annulling the presidential elections.
In their 4-2 ruling, the justices cited illegalities and irregularities committed by the IEBC that compromised the integrity of the August Presidential election and ordered a new poll in 60 days.
Uhuru had initially accepted the ruling but later launched a barrage of insults at the Supreme Court justices and especially the Chief Justice.
“We will beat the Opposition just like we did on August 8. In fact, we will double or triple our votes.”
The DP wondered why Opposition leaders have no faith in the IEBC “and yet MPs, governors and MCAs from NASA, whose elections were managed by the same electoral body, have been sworn-in”.
“We have NASA MPs, governors and MCAs who were elected and it was the IEBC which managed the elections,” he said.
“Why are they now saying they have no faith in the same body that made them who they are now? They should resign and seek fresh mandates from the electorate if they have no faith in IEBC.”
Earlier today, Raila said Jubilee leaders belong in jail and are people you cannot compete with.
This was part of his response to a memo by IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati which posed 13 questions on election failures to CEO Ezra Chiloba.
Ironically, Uhuru before the August 8th Elections had made similar statements about Bungoma. That he would still win without their votes.
A leaked memo from IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati to the IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba probably explains why Uhuru would be confident to win without anyone voting for him.

In the memo, Chebukati detailed numerous failures by the secretariat that formed a key part of Supreme Court proceedings and which on totality means the entire election results were a sham as pre-determined results were in put and fake forms used to match those results.

ISAAC RUTTO joins Jubilee to avoid Prosecution Over Corruption just like EVANS KIDERO

ISAAC RUTTO joins Jubilee to avoid Prosecution Over Corruption just like EVANS KIDERO
Immediate former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto has decided to rejoin Jubilee after threats were communicated his way that without a clear support for Jubilee in the next round of election, he might be pursued and prosecuted for the ills he committed while in office.

Ruto met former Kuresoi South MP Zakayo Cheruiyot, former Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ng’eno and Patrick Ole Ntutu in a mini Chama Cha Mashinani meeting where they decided to rejoin the Jubilee campaign from today at Kapkatet. Isaac Ruto and former Nairobi Governor, Evans Kidero have not been sitting pretty as it is widely known within the anti-corruption agencies that the level of corruption that they presided over in their governments deserve a serious follow up.

Immediately after the elections, a strong message was communicated to Kidero and Ruto not to pursue legal redress to challenge their ouster but instead, lie low and campaign for the Jubilee leadership.

Isaac Ruto’s short dalliance with NASA leaders has not achieved much and he can still partner with Jubilee to be in government but Kidero fears any association with jubilee which is now deeply hated within NASA strongholds.

“Doggy style is dangerous for men as it causes cancer and stroke”

“Doggy style is dangerous for men as it causes cancer and stroke” Doctor Aaron Motsoaledi warns

South African doctor-turned-Minister of Health, Aaron Motsoaledi, has warned men to desist from ‘hitting it from behind’ saying the love making style was hazardous to their health.
Speaking to The Insider, Mr. Motsoaledi said that using doggy style during sex was the major cause of cancer and stroke to men.
The South African minister revealed he had arrived at the conclusion after conducting research for three years; he explained that he found out that the high pumping of blood during sex when one was standing or kneeling overloads the veins in the legs which ultimately causes stroke.
Motsoaledi further claimed doggy style also caused cancer.
“On cancer – one of the main causes of cancer is stress, fatigue and tiredness. The most energy consuming and stressful sexual position for men is doggy; hence the connection is more than clear.” Motsoaledi told The Insider in part.
He made it clear occasional doggy style like only on Christmas day and Valentine was harmless but stressed that using the style each night was suicidal.
“Look, I am only giving you guys a snippet, but we will be posting the results of the full research on the Ministry website. This is the reason why South African married men die and leave their wives a lot these days.”
Motsoaledi is a medical doctor by training. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Natal. He used to run a successful surgery in the small rural town of Jane Furse prior to his appointment in government.

“Ezra Chiloba Is Protected By Statehouse, He Has Refused To Resign”- IEBC Commissioner Akombe Tells Bloemberg

“Ezra Chiloba Is Protected By Statehouse, He Has Refused To Resign”- IEBC Commissioner Akombe Tells Bloemberg

Outspoken IEBC Commissioner Roselyne Akombe has confirmed that CEO Ezra Chiloba refused to resign because he is protected by very powerful people.
Akombe said commission hands were tied and the only option was for the chairman to appoint another team to oversee the exercise as ordered by the court given the time constraints.

“In a situation where they have refused to step aside, the chairman has no choice but to select a team that he has confidence in, that he wants to work with,”
 Akombe said.
“This is to make sure that those things are not repeated. It’s rare to get a second chance to make it right.”– Akombe added
Chiloba who masterminded the bungled August 8th polls should have resigned to pave way for afresh team to conduct a credible free and fair election as was ordered by the Supreme Court.
IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati drew the fresh team from among the commission’s secretariat to organize the October vote, comprising new heads of operations, logistics, training, legal, information technology and the national tallying cente
Akombe revelations confirms Raila was right and that more needs to be done for Uhuru statehouse operatives to let go the IEBC to do its work independently.
In his ruling, Supreme Court Chief Justice David Maraga said “irregularities and illegalities” had been committed by the electoral body in the Aug. 8 vote. The court’s detailed written judgment is due within 21 days of the ruling
Opposion has protested appointing of tainted commission staff some whose role in the August 8th polls touched on a possible criminal action and should be prosecuted.

WAVINYA HIRES LAWYERS ORENGO AND OTIENDE: MUTUA OUT!!

Siaya Senator James Orengo will be leading a team of ten lawyers petitioning Machakos Governor, Alfred Mutua’s win in the August poll.
Alongside him will be Otiende Amollo who was also part of the huge team of lawyers petitioning Uhuru Kenyatta’s win in the Supreme Court, a case they won.
Wavinya Ndeti who is the petitioner filed a 10,000 pages petition on Tuesday at the Machakos law courts.
She said that her case will prove that her opponent was rigged in and that the process was fraudulent.
The Wiper candidate hopes that the court will rule in her favour as it did in on Friday where it overturned the presidential election.
Ms Ndeti’s lawyer, Danson Maanzo said that they want the court to nullify the Machakos gubernatorial election as it was down right irregular.
”We are seeking several orders so that the election can be nullified. We cannot have peace without justice and so we have come to court to seek justice.”
Ms Ndeti was accompanied by her supporters who broke in to song and dance as their candidate filed the petition.
Governor Mutua of the Maendeleo Chap Chap beat Wavinya in August and was sworn in a week later.
