Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko is not only a politician but a business guru who owns chains of businesses in and out of the city.
Sonko on Monday night however lost one of his many businesses to a fire. The night club known as Casaurina in Nairobi’s Buruburu area was razed down.
The Governor on his social media pages said: ”I serve a very faithful God. My God never lets me down. RIP Kilunda.”
Some Kenyans reckon the cartels that the governor has been trying to get rid off are responsible for the incident.
The city governor vowed to get rid of people who had turned the city hall into their personal cash cow.
The fire claimed the life of one of the governor’s workers who has only been identified as Kilunda. His remains have been moved to the mortuary.
